The project of this neighborhood, located at the foot of the hill Champaquí, in the province of Córdoba, ranged from urbanism to the constructive detail. Together with another architecture studio, QMARQ carried out the development of the urbanism and the project of the common buildings of the neighborhood: the access porch, the club house, the house of the manager, the barbecue, the common pool and a series of units apart-hotel style.
As the neighborhood still does not have electricity, the sustainability of buildings was prioritized, using minimal or no maintenance materials, natural lighting and cross ventilation in every room.
Architects seek for maximum insulation in walls and decks, which will take a layer of natural land to recover the absorbent surface lost by the implantation of buildings. In addition, the systems and construction details that exist in the local market were used to avoid a displacement of skilled labor.
