This project is located in “Los Lagos” neighborhood of Nordelta in the province of Buenos Aires. The geometry of the house is characterized by two crossed bars that form a “T” shape. The main volume of the ground level opens up to the backyard, making the limit line between interior and exterior space disappear. The entrance has been designed in order to create a wide garden in the front part, allowing all the rooms to obtain great views and crossed ventilation through these green spaces. Located on the upper floor, we find the master bedroom with its private bathroom and dressing room, as well as two other bedrooms that share a second bathroom. As described above, by crossing both floor plans, we capture the distant view of green and water in the bedrooms of the edges, while the room in the center position enjoys a generous deck. The south facade is completely opaque, providing privacy from the next-door neighbor.
